I really hope you love your new jewellery; however, as long as the item is not personalised with more than one letter,
it can be returned or exchanged 7 days after delivery. Please contact me to receive the postal address.

You will be refunded via the original payment method.
If the item has been personalised, please contact me for a resolution.
